Lease Terms & Installments
All leases are for the full term outlined on your lease agreement. If you need to get out of your lease early, you can relet your unit by finding somebody to take over the remainder of your lease.

Boom rent reporting is an optional credit-building program that allows your on-time rent payments to be shared with major credit bureaus, including Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. Residents are automatically enrolled in this program for $8.95 per month, which is billed alongside your rent.
Once enrolled, eligible rent payments are verified and reported each month automatically, with no extra steps required from you. Rent reporting helps you establish or improve your credit history by using payments you already make, without opening a credit card, taking on additional debt, or changing your payment process.
Residents who choose not to participate can opt out and remove the monthly fee by downloading the Boom app. Once you opt out, you will remain opted out, even if you renew your lease, unless you move out or change the email address associated with your resident account.

Other Questions
Once Rambler College Park North is complete, a maintenance team will be available to address any maintenance concerns you may have. You can submit a maintenance request through your resident portal or call our on-site leasing office. All maintenance workers will be dressed in Rambler College Park North uniform, and are not to enter any unit without resident approval.
